Our Services
Love to Live Well offers individual services provided by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Health Coach that may assist you with medical nutrition therapy for chronic disease treatment and prevention, or programs geared toward sports nutrition, improving wellness, weight loss, weight gain, developing a healthier relationship with food and body image. We work with adults of any age and children down to the age of 10.
Love to Live Well also provides consulting services to employers (for workplace wellness programs) and other groups (congregations, non-profits, etc.) as well as on-demand courses, challenges, workshops, webinars, and e-books.
Individual Weight Loss & Wellness Packages
Tailored individual packages are available to help you achieve your weight loss or wellness goals. We work on behavior changes to help you eat better, move more, and manage stress more effectively.
Body Composition & Nutrition Screen
Nutrition Screen & Body Composition Analysis + 30-min. health coaching (60 min) Cost: $160 ($110 for current client’s family & friends (CCFF) Can also be purchased as a la carte items: Nutrition Screen+30-min.

Electronic Gift Cards are available year-round for individual services! These may be used for wellness or weight loss packages, body composition analysis, nutrition screens, and health coaching as well as grocery store tours.
Simply select the type of gift card (e.g. thank you, get well, birthday, congratulations, Christmas, Hanukkah, etc.) and the dollar amount. Delivery by text or email is available. Gift to multiple people at once or pool money from multiple contributors for one recipient.
If you prefer that they have a printed certificate to open, please contact us! I’m happy to create one for you! New clients who schedule between 10/18/25 and 12/31/25 get 10% off individual packages.

Give the gift of learning to live well! Gift certificates are available year-round for Get Healthy Online with Love to Live Well digital products! These may be used for online courses, challenges, virtual health fairs, etc. Simply choose which course or product, select “This is a gift” during checkout. Any promo codes you may have will still apply.
