Love to Live Well offers individual services provided by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Health Coach that may assist you with medical nutrition therapy for chronic disease treatment and prevention, or programs geared toward sports nutrition, improving wellness, weight loss, weight gain, developing a healthier relationship with food and body image. We work with adults of any age and children down to the age of 10.

Love to Live Well also provides consulting services to employers (for workplace wellness programs) and other groups (congregations, non-profits, etc.) as well as on-demand courses, challenges, workshops, webinars, and e-books.
